Sputtering Deposition
Adhesion is a type of bonding, and it refers to temporary adhesion.
That is, it is similar to bonding, but it does not work with water, solvent,
heat, etc. and can be adhered even when applying a short time pressure at room temperature.
It also refers to the case where the adhesive is applied to the adherend
and then dropped without physical damage to the adherend when the adherend is separated.
